There are quite a few unmarked Crown Victoria's already made for Grand Theft Auto V, what I suggest is that you take a look at the Download Section for one which may have the same assets as what you are looking for, if not you can then return to this topic and post a more accurate request, such as the lighting setup and other things for the Modification, as right now this request is extremely vague.
