The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I am brand new to GTA V and LSPDFR.

My question is, is there a way for me to skip the first (prologue?) mission? I would like to be able to pick a station to start from. The first mission doesn't appear to allow that.

You need to finish the first mission before you are able to free-roam and play LSPDFR, or you can download 100% save and play LSPDFR from there.

Thanks for your response.  I tried one version of 100% save. It did get me past the first mission, but also caused issues with the video - the game showed up in two side by side "Windows" both with poor quality graphics. I will try other versions of 100% save..
