The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I would like to start learning the process of taking vehicles such as custom mustangs, and turning them into police cars.  Of course I would ask the creator if it would be ok and always give credit for work done that is not mine.  But before I can do any of that, I have no clue how to begin this process.  Are there any tutorials available for this?

I am guessing I would need 3ds max and Photoshop possibly?  What programs would I need?  I am sure everyone who turns regular cars into police cars had to start somewhere.  Where do I begin? 

 

I hope this post does not break the rules of LCPDFR in any way as I only intend to learn and enhance LSPDFR in my free time.
