LCPDFR.Loader error

Hey people i recently installed LCPDFR for Grand Theft Auto IV, but when i start GTA IV up, it loads with no problem then i get this on the top left: LCPDFR Has encountered a critical error and must shut down. please check the logfile. And this is what it says in the log file:
