Problem lightbar policet carvariations

I have this mod installed but the lightbar when on is pixelated. I'm using the vanilla carvariations.meta in mpchristmas2 and mpluxe. I don't know where else there is a carvariations.meta that could change this vehicle. Any help is appreciated

    there is no original carvar it's encrypted all these settings is from in game tests. Thats it.

    Then why is it pixelated? I'm using original files weird
