The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have just installed my game patch 1.7.2, but ragehook says that it is only for 1.7.0. Is there an ragehook that support patch 1.7.2?

I don't think so not at the moment but the creator of RageHook updates it as  soon as a new GTA V update comes out so just stay tuned.
