The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When i go in first person and try to use the iron sights, it is not lined up correctly. This only starts to happen when i go on duty, because when i play as Franklin/Trevor/Michael, it is lined up correctly. Here is an image of my problem. Any help will be appreciated.
