I have this issue with 2 callouts so far, when I try to install them.

Agency Callouts; I install it, and when I go on duty in game, I see the little notice saying "AgencyCallouts is loaded" and right after that pops up, my game stops responding immediately, and closes down.

 Wilderness Callouts; It's the same deal, I get it all installed, get in game and attempt to go on duty, but my game immediately stops responding and closes. 

I notice both of these Callouts come with a folder in the install to put into you Plugins/LSPDFR folder.

I don't know if that is related to the reason it's happening, but they're the only two mods I've tried to install that have these folders, am I putting them in the wrong place? 

Any ideas?

Ok, this is like your 3rd thread in a day basically about plugin issues.  For you, I made a short video of me installing the wilderness callouts 5.1.  Most plugins are done this way, you just have to follow the folders.

Now keep in mind, I installed this into one of my modded gta5 folders that has it, so I am overwriting things, but basically where everything goes.

I did it like you showed me and I got it working, thank you:) I was using a wrong version I think. 

Can you help me with EUP? Are you familiar with it??

 

I install this exactly how I am supposed to into a mods folder, and I launch the game, and I can click F11 and the menu pops up, while im off duty, and I can change my skin, but once I try to go on duty weather its ForceDuty, or actually going to a station, my game stops responding
