The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Apparently Ragehook has fixed the compatibility issue with the retail version of GTAV. Everything loads up smoothly as far as ragehook but their are NO police station markers. Any fix to this would be appreciated

    Your RPH might not be auto-loading plugins. Bring up the Rage console (F4 by default) and try LoadPlugin "LSPD First Response.dll"

    If that works, you can change your auto-load settings by holding down the shift key when you first launch Rage. Not sure how long you're meant to hold it down for, I tend to just hold it down until the settings screen pops up
