The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

WinRar is not part of LSPDFR, it is an extracting program. You should extract the automatic installer, run it and finish it. Then it should look something like this (Photo shown below). After that, download the new version of RAGEHOOK, http://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx, and copy it over the Grand Theft Auto V folder (Make sure not to copy the SDK, Plugins, or Licenses over and only the stuff on the bottom. This will override the old RageHook Plugin. LSPDFR should work, make sure to start it up using RAGEPluginHook (In Black Box) when you are finished to try to run.
