The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I need help to install the LSPDFR mod, i spent about 3 hours trying to do it earlier, i have posted 2 topics already and nobody seems to be helping atm. I have updated the game, i have updated the RAGEhook i have followed every video people have put on other forum threads but this still doesnt work, the problem is that when i double click the RageHook.exe to start up the mod (and yes in admin mode) it doesnt seem to be doing anything at all, it says ,,these files have been blocked by windows, do you want RageHook to unblock them,, i click yes and nothing happens. can someone please help me i have waited for such a long time to play this mod, and i have the retail version of the game BTW, and i have all the microsoft.net things and everything, pls help

So you launch ragehook and you clicked unblock files? Do you see any ragehook logos appearing after that?

Nope, just the blue loading circle on my cursor for like 4 secs then nothing

 

Hm. Can you tell me what mods you have currently installed? (Plugins)

i have no mods, i just uninstalled LSPDFR, i just got the game yesterday :/

Strange, have you tried launching the game without ragehook? Just to see if it launches without ragehook.

yeah, as soon as i realized that the mod was just not working i uninstalled it, launched the game and played online for like 4 hours

 

Edit: I also often tried to launch the game and run ragehook like some guy suggested on some thread, and that did not work, so i can confirm

that the game worked with the mod in the ROOT folder.
