I have been trying to get LSPDFR to work for close to a month with no luck at all.  I have no idea what I am doing wrong.  I install (either manually or using the new installer with 0.3) every file where it needs to be, double check them, replace old files, got rid of every single mod I had in the game, even reinstalled the game a couple times and I still cant get it to work.  What am I doing wrong?  Some help would be appreciated because I am getting a little frustrated with it.  I had the same problem with trying to install it for GTA 4 and just gave up altogether it would never work.
