RPH 0.36 and Scripthook 617 conflicting?

When I deleted asi loader(aka scripthook) in my gta direcotry, lspdfr works fine. But if I put asi loader in gta direcotry and run game via rph 0.36, it crashes on startup screen. My game is retail. Here is my crash log.
