I have seen the Miami (Dade County) skins for the police vehicles. That isn't what I am looking for.
I'm actually looking for something "like" that.

But, with like "Los Santos County" instead of Dade County.
I love the overall theme of the car skin.
It is featured with the Miama Dade version here:
It is the Green and White coloured version on the upper right corner.

All I would want different is the Dade County to say something like Los Santos County.
The overall colour combination has always been in my interest.
