So I'm in the process of making an Oklahoma police car pack, I'm in need of so help. I'm trying to find somebody to help me with the sheriff skin. If anybody could help me I would really appreciate the help.

    Do you need help with photoshop knowledge or creating the skin itself? Could you be a little more specific please?
