The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

E key and Shift keys not working

I am using LSPDFR 0.3 with RPH .36 and have no issues loading the game. But in the game while on foot the "shift" key for sprinting only works one in a while and same when trying to pull over a car. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. It is the same way with the "E" key when trying to cuff a suspect. I can get them on the ground and it says hold e to cuff and I get no more than half way and he stops cuffing. I have even tried to do it with a controller and does the exact same thing. Also I have no mods or plugins at the moment. Any help would be appreciated.
