All AI Constantly Using Siren

I'm having a pretty annoying issue going on with LSPDFR 0.3 right now. It seems ALL AI police are using lights and sirens, even when not responding to a call. They will be code 1/following the normal flow of traffic. Stop signs and all, but their lights and sirens are stuck on. This not only causes CONSTANT background siren noise, but it interrupts the flow of traffic since intersections just come to a stand still as the police car waits for traffic to pass in front of him, and the regular traffic waits for the officer. Not only affecting modded units, but all stock AI police vehicles including the state patrol motorcycle.

Should not be doing that for sure!

 

I recommend checking if you put the mods in the appropriate places first? If not, I'm afraid you may have to either remove the mods and see if the problem persists. If it does, the only way to fully fix the problem is to then reinstall the game.

 

So try checking if the mods are in the right place, then remove the mods, and if it doesn't work after that reinstall the game. 

You might also want to check vehicles.meta, if there's anything funky in there.
