The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Game Freezes every 3 seconds

I have ran the game without LSPDFR and RageHook and it runs fine. but when i play with LSPDFR it freezes every 3 seconds then is normaL for about 1 second. it didnt do this in .2 

specs are i7 4790 and gtx 750ti

I think some of the plugins is loading so that's why. try to disable all plugins and see if that gonna make any different

i loaded without plugins and still did it. i guess i move to the Rage plugin fourms?
