The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have been experiencing the same problem, and looking at my log, it almost looks like that LSPDFR is pointing to a folder that doesn't exist on my computer.

Main problem is at the bottom of the attached log.
