The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So, when I chase a suspect and they surrender, I want to bust them, but as they are laying or getting out of cars, my police buddies open fire on the suspect even if he/she is not hostile towards me or other units. So can they be a fix were units only open fire on attacking suspects please?

 

Some times when a suspect is cornered by me and units, the red dot on the radar will go away as if nothing happened.

 

And when I have cuffed a suspect and want a transport unit to take them, it says that the suspect(s) must be on the ground, yet when I have them on the ground it still says this and no transporter unit comes.
