By any chance did you move your GTAV to a new drive from the one originally installed on?2

I see that it says your game is in C:\ but the exception is from a failure to load a file from drive E:\... asking you because i'm having almost the exact same issue and i'm not sure if it came from when i switched the game over to my new SSD or from updating to 0.3 since i did them both at the same time. I have game and all Mods/Plugins installed to drive F:\ now but my log shows, like yours, where it fails after trying to load something off drive E:\ ...

With mine its "CalloutManager" that it isnt finding and causing it to crash. I can run around all day as a cop and even go set everything up at the police station but as soon as i get a callout of any sort my whole game freezes and i have to open Task Manager to close it out. I've tried fresh install, removing all other mods and plugins but nothing has worked, essentially making this awesome mod unplayable...

I moved mine to A new Hard drive a while back, and I think that's my problem.
