Basically a fresh legal install of Grand Theft Auto IV.

Tried the automatic and manual install of LCPDFR 1.1 and still not working.

Pictures of directory are attached and log file is listed in spoiler.

 

I also have all of the extra stuff installed like Visual C++ 2012, .NET Framework 4.5, and on the 1.0.7.0 Patch
