Is anyone else dealing with insane loading time? It now takes me 5-10 minutes just to load up the game with textures glitching when I start the game. I only have lspdfr and ragehook, +scripthookv. Normally before .3 it wasnt an issue.

    Never mind I fixed by shutting down all my applications running in the background
