lspdfr 0.3 crashes 30 seconds after I go on duty

I'm running lspdfr 0.3 and rage hook 0.34 with no additional mods i load into the game just fine but briefly after i go on duty gta 5 and lspdfr crash when the first callout comes in

I've been trying to find a solution to this problem for weeks any input is appreciated.
