Whenever i run RagePluginhook It Just Closes on start up.

I Think It may have some requirements i dont have

Did you install everything you need for the Ragehook and is all the box checked?

Did you try removing every plugin and police scanner files before adding 0.3?

I had no plugins I Played LSPDFR Clean

Hmm , i say double check if you meet the rage hook requirements if not , reinstall gtav and install 0.3 again.

Where can i find the requirements? 

I was having crash problems with RageHook too so I installed net framework 4.6 and then everything worked fine.

Try this ;)

To install 4.6 you need the windows 8.1 rc2 update witch my computer will not install so I cant update it :(
