Patchday files missing in open IV

Featured Replies

I was trying to locate this:

(mods)/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

As you can see in the pic there are many files within x64/dlcpacks, but only patchday4 shows up in Open IV.  I know I can install police car mods into patchday 4 and that will override 3, but should those patchday files be there?  Did I screw up something as they are missing from the mods folder or is there a way for me to add them to mods folder?

Should I be manually adding folders I want to mod into the mods folder in the GTA 5 directory as in copy and paste as shown here:

I figured it out.  I had to figure out where the dlc packs were physically located in the GTA 5 directory and go find them in Open IV.  When I clicked on edit it asked me to add them to the mods folder.  I am still learning, sorry all.
