No Explosions mod

Lately I have been doing a lot of pursuits that result in a vehicle exploding at some point. It's not very realistic, And I would rather have it so that if cars get severely damaged, they will start to leak fuel, and then that can cause a fire. This is where an officer could rush to get the person out of the car before it explodes. Another reason is that aircraft always explode when they hit something wrong. Police heli's instantly blow up if they hit something, so I think it would be really cool to have a helicopter crash script, where if they get damaged to much they crash land. However at the same time, I don't want them to explode. Would it not be awesome to crash land aircraft instead of always exploding at the slightest hit?

So in review: No vehicle explosions from anything but the fuel leaking from the car after it has been severely damaged, and and either an aircraft crash script or no aircraft explosions or both.

Thank you for reading and please consider my ideas. This could make pursuits more realistic, and also make aircraft dramatically realistic.
