The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

That version is not compatible with LSPDFR 0.2b.. That is what you want to install tomorrow when they release LSPDFR 0.3.. Go back and install either RagePluginHook

29 or 32.. 1 of those should work for you..
