Open format not allowing me to import sirens

When i try and import a new siren with open format (in openiv) it gives me a message saying expected 11 actual 10 (or the other way around cant remember). this makes it so that i can't import any new siren, i have tested several new sirens and i dont know why its doing this. Im on the latest gta and ragehook and openiv and im using the mods folder so i dont know what wrong.

It's an outdated OpenFormats version.  Mods should not be distributed in OpenFormats.
