i installed openiv but when is want to use it i get an wierd error like this another programm is currently using this file but the shortcut is 0KB

please help me

    Howdy remy, a tinny bit more info would be useful. Exactly what error is OpenIV throwing you when you try and launch it, and what is 0kb the OpenIV shortcut? Mine shows 1.24kb.
