I need to ask: How is this a GTA V issue? It clearly is related to Finkone`s Police Radio and modded coroner's vehicle, which makes it a LSPDFR issue.

      you have an invalid model in the policeradio.ini. Either change it back to SPEEDO or install the model properly.
