I was wondering if anyone could make a Federal Signal Legend or convert a version from a GTA IV Model.

The City of Miami Police uses the Federal Signal Legend, and I was hoping if anyone could make it so I can have my Miami Police fleet completed. I already have made vehicle skins and ped skins.
