Hello everyone,

I have downloaded RPH 29 and the LCPDFR mod, i can start up RPH in my GTA V game folder, but i got no custom loading screen and when I click on F4, nothings comes up or something. Does someone have a solution?

    I actually had this problem. I was getting really frustrated. Turns out I didn't have Microsoft Framework updated. So, try that!
