OVERVIEW

The Pennsylvania Project is a unreleased modification pack for the PC version of Grand Theft Auto: V,

that will be working to change the state of San Andreas, into the real life American state of Pennsylvania.

 

It will include many different Pennsylvania themed mods created by a small group of players,

that will completely change the gameplay experience of all users,

and turn the game into a never before seen take on the GTA: V in-game world.
