Hi,

I've been modding LSPDFR for some time now. I feel overall confident in installing scripts and other basic additions to the game. Although, I've had a slightly annoying "issue" that I haven't been able to solve. I've looked online multiple times for a solution or a tutorial, but everything I've tried has failed. I'm trying to install Car/Player/Weapon modifications, but every time I try and do so, it seems to have issues.

I've tried installing them threw multiple RPF's, including update.rpf and more. I've heard of people using the "mods folder" associated with OpenIV. I've attempted to do this time and time again, but I haven't found a solution, nor a tutorial that can provide the correct details corresponding with the current GTA details. I basically understand about the mods folder, just some specifications are un-clear as of now.

I'd prefer for some sort of live assistance if possible, such as Skype IM, or slack. Any assistance would be great.
