The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have had a look at the logs and it might be crashing because of this error, but I don't know to fix it. I didn't build that the mod so..

"Failed to create D3D11 device for Grand Theft Auto V: 887a0001"

By downgrading to an older version than the new version it's working and it's not crashing anymore.

 

If you have just installed the new version and you are experiencing crashes, I would advise you to downgrade to an older version to see if it helps. It seems like the new one has got bugs in it which is causing the crashing.
