The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have installed and looked for guidelines on how to get it working but all that Alt+P does is blur the game. When i run the diagnostic tool it says: Failed to find a 86x version of d3dx9_ and logs filed checked. (both appear red). I thought it may be my GTA IV so i uninstalled the game and reinstalled on steam but still it does not work!. Any help would be appreciated.

I was able to install d3 but it still says logs filed checked??
