So,

I purchased GTAIV on Steam back last year, and have since installed and played it on my two computers.

I played it last night, and when I got on this morning, I got this error: http://prntscr.com/9bmblv

I've tried several different ways to fix this. (Re-installed C++, GFWL, I even downloaded the LaunchGTAIV.exe again.)

Any way to bypass this?

Oh, I should mention.

The only C++s on my PC are: http://prntscr.com/9bmd34

Did you try running the game as administrator?

It's fixed now. I had to download and earlier version of GFWL.
