Hellow everyone.

I recently reinstalled the steam version of GTA Iv and I also installed a enb. The issue I am having is, once the game loads, There is no menu text, Also I can not see the hub anything to do with text. When I press the escape key to go in the settings, I can not see the menu at all. When I hit press "W" on the keyboard, I hear menu sound of the menu changing, but I just can't see anything.

Anyone knows how I can fix this issue?

I also also running Windows 10 and I have it set to win7 compatibility mode.
