The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

First off, if you are going to post a support request please, please follow the format which you accept to use when creating this topic. If you don't use the format, then you won't receive support. As I said on the message you sent me, the issue you have seems to be more related to RagePluginHook and you having an out-dated version, that's why you need to use their forums for support as I said in the message to you.
