LCPDFR doesnt work advancehook.dll problem

I have GTA IV on windows 10 and when I start the game with LCPDFR I get an error in script lcpdfrloader.loader.

I had a look in the lcpdfr.log and i encountered the following error:

ThIngs that I have done to rectify the issue

• Reinstall game with latest 1.0.7.0 update
• Only mod in the game is LCPDFR
• Reinstall system dependencies ( checked with lcpdfr diagnostics tells me all these are installed)
• Only one asi running xlive (tried with dsound.dll only crash the game on startup)
• Reinstalled LCPDFR both through installer and manual installer
• Disabled antivirus (may delete file as false-positives)

I have attached all the required log files to help find a solution

I have done all I could to rectify this problem, resorting to the forums is my last option
