Ok Question here. Is it possible "with the permissions of course" to convert a DEV light-bar from Gta IV to Gta V? Haven't seen any tutorials on this or videos. Would be a nice thing to learn.

    Not unless you have permission. If you have permission, then you should already know how to convert a light bar. 

    Not many authors are allowing there models to be converted.

    Yup thats why i said if you have permissions. So no worries here i have no idea how to do that. Just was looking for some to learn off of. Not for re-distribution only for personal use.
