The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Exactly the same thing is happening to me, I have looked everywhere for a fix but can't find one until I saw this post! Could you please pass on what you did to fix it? I have tried so many things to sort it out but it's doing my head in!!!!!
