Hi, me and a friend made a police car pack.

As soon as I'm going in to singleplayer it crashes most of the times.

If I'm making it to multiplayer, it crashes to. 

Another friend (Not the guy that made the pack) downloaded the same pack but he doesn't have any of this problems...

We got the exact same Grand Theft Auto 4 files, the exact same pack.

I reinstalled the pack 4 times the same for GTA IV.  Help?
