Does anyone know how to fix this problem, its like the mod dosent work and im playing the normal GTA V

In this video i show you what things i have installed and where the folders are placed and how the mod looks when i start it up

I have the same problem. I open the GTA V by rageplugin (the latest) so that when I enter the story mode the rageplugin not working / open and I do not have to open the console to load plugins. I do not know what to do, help !!
