The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I try to play the game but for example everytime I try to just turn the lights on with J it doesnt work. I need to click E then close out of the quick lookup screen and then I have to turn the siren off. Also on a traffic stop everytime I try to select something to say my character just kicks the door of the guy I pulled over and the traffic stop is over. Also I never get any callouts and I did not turn anything on my cellphone off. How do I fix all of this? I installed MoreCallouts mod and that does not work either.

About the lookup and lights only, If you press E when you aren't moving it pops up and you can't turn only the lights on without turning the siren on.

Don't know abount your second example though.
