Hey there, 

so after researching the web, following numerous tutorials and hours and days of working on it I still can't manage to get most of the things working.

I tried modding POLICE2, POLICE3 and SHERIFF, yet nothing works. Same with weapon mods.

I'm using a mod folder on OpenIV.

Anyone encounter the same issues? Thanks for the help.
