The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I had posted a thread about this before, but no one has answered in almost 2 days and usually people answer right away.  When I start GTA V through the RageHook icon, it either crashes, or when I join the game, there are no police stations on the map.  Here is a video of my root directory.
