Hello,

yesterday I suddenly had the problem that I can't launch GTA V anymore. When I try to start it nothing happens, sometimes I also get a fatal error a few seconds later. Before I tried to start it via Rage Plugin Hook. There I saw the "RAGE Plugin Hook Loading" icon for about 15 seconds, then it suddenly disappeared. I always start it via the GTAVLauncher.exe and not the GTAV.exe. I excluded the GTA V folder in my antivirus software, so this shouldn't cause the problem.

I checked my gamefiles and also compared to a friends GTA to verify that I have the same files. The result is that I should have all the necessary files to start the game. I also removed all mods and mod related files to check if the mods caused this problem. But this is also not the case. I attached a screenshot of my "vanilla GTA", maybe you see any missing files.

By verify I ment that you create a shortcut of your GTA5launcher. Then type -verify game and then launch it. It will then verify your game files, and replace corrupt files.

Thanks for your help, but nothing happens. The mouse just spins for a few seconds like that my PC tries to load something, but that's it. I also tried to do what you said this way (https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/205778987-GTAV-PC-General-Troubleshooting-Installation-Issues-Crashes-Freezes-Poor-Performance), but that also had no effect.
