The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

If you want to play LSPDFR, make a backup of GTA5.exe and GTAVLauncher.exe along with the update.rpf file that is located in the update folder. Once you backup those, install the update, make a backup of the updated version, and then put in your previous version.

    hmm I thought the commandline file with the line -scOfflineOnly prevented it from updating.. I will do what you suggested though.

    I tried what you suggested and it did not work..Instead it attempts to re download the patch every time.. Not sure why because I even followed the online guide on avoiding the update.

    I even used RageHooks revert game version function, but it still attempts to update.. Well I saw this on Ragehooks website We're working on support for the latest GTA V patch v463

    Apparently posts are popping up on RageHooks website.. So it looks like they are going to release an update soon which either means everything currently will continue to work or everything will need updating.
